OUR PAYMENT POLICY: At the time of booking, we require a 50% deposit. Sixty days prior to the trip start date, payment in full is due. Trips booked less than 60 days in advance must pay the full amount at the time of the booking. OUR CANCELLATION POLICY: Up to 60 days before the trip start date, you receive a full refund, less $300 per family. 31 - 60 days before trip start date, you receive a 50% refund. Less than 30 days, no refund is given. TRIP INSURANCE: We offer trip insurance through Global Alert Travel Insurance. This protects you in case an emergency causes you to cancel or shorten your trip. With trip insurance, you'll receive a 100% refund. Rates vary depending on ages and trip cost. While on your vacation, activities cancelled by the vendor due to weather will be rescheduled during your trip. If rescheduling is not possible, we will provide you with a full refund of the cost of that particular activity. DISCLAIMER: We reserve the right to adjust itineraries and substitute alternate activities or meals if needed due to unforeseen circumstances. This is not likely, nor expected, but may be required on occasion. Carolina Family Adventures does not guarantee the safety of its guests. Families and groups are on their own to hike trails, paddle waterways, visit waterfalls, and enjoy other outdoor recreational activities. Carolina Family Adventures cannot be held responsible for dangerous weather, dangers inherent in outdoor adventure, or the choices made by any guests participating. |
