Wish you could escape from life's pressures to a mountain retreat with food, favors, and fun all included?  Whisk yourselves away on this cruise-on-land for you and your loved one with outdoor fun in the day and quiet romance at night. Don't worry about anything....we've done all the work for you to have an unforgettable getaway.

What You'll Do:

Day One : (D) Walk a nature trail, play horseshoes, or soak in your private hot tub at your luxury cabin before Or, perhaps you'd like to start your week with a couples massage* right in your cabin.   We'll have a chef-prepared meal waiting for you to start off your romantic escape.

Day Two : (B, D) Return to a romantic era as you visit the spectacular Biltmore House today.  Be sure to plan to visit the winery as well. Enjoy lunch on your own at the Stable Cafe and tonight enjoy an included dinner at a delightful restaurant on the shores of Lake Julian.

Day Three : (B) Indulge in a hearty breakfast at a café that the locals have selected repeatedly as "Best Country Restaurant." Just down the hill, canoe, kayak, or raft down a quiet stretch of the French Broad. Sshh. . . you may even see river otters or spot a black bear as you float. Your afternoon is free to walk Asheville's Urban Trail or browse the downtown shops. Dinner is on your own tonight.

Day Four: (B, L) Rise up, up, up, and away in a thrilling hot air balloon ride (optional)* that will take you soaring high above the Blue Ridge Mountains. Then, spend the day exploring the wonders of a national forest up close. Here along the incomparable Blue Ridge Parkway, you can hike up a rock promontory that offers panoramic views, feel the mist of off-the-beaten-path waterfalls, and enjoy a romantic picnic surrounded by majestic mountains.

Day Five: (B, L) Choose a guided cycling or guided hiking adventure today either to waterfalls in a beautiful forest or to scenic vistas along the Blue Ridge Parkway. 

Day Six : (B) Enjoy breakfast at a wonderful local cafe before departing for home.
